Registered Massage Therapist
Elysian Health is a Patient-Centered, Inter-disciplinary, full spectrum medical clinic in South Surrey and we are looking for Registered Massage Therapists to join our team as we scale up our 12,000-square-foot facility. Our purpose-built clinic has well-appointed treatment rooms, a full rehab gym, and everything you need (linens, well-staffed MOAs, billing, and steady referrals from our physician and physiotherapy team members) to facilitate a best-in-class practice.
At Elysian Health our goal is to improve the Healthspan and Lifespan of our patients. We deliver care through a team-based approach, integrating different modalities – family medicine, specialty medicine, labs, imaging and diagnostics, pharmacy, nutrition, naturopathy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and registered massage – enhanced by software that improves diagnosis while providing patients access to tools that can help them take control of their health.
The ideal candidate will have:
Registered and in good standing with RMTBC
Knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and an understanding of the importance of lymphatic circulation and drainage
Minimum 1-year experience (new grads will be considered)
A desire to work with an interdisciplinary team of Physicians, Physiotherapists, Naturopaths, Technicians, Pharmacists, a stellar group of MOAs, and amazing patients.

MOA/Patient Care Coordinator
Elysian Health is rapidly growing and expanding services so we are looking to add a team member to our amazing front-end staff. We are a Patient-Centered, Integrated, Multi-disciplinary, full-service health clinic in South Surrey and are looking for someone who is passionate about pro-active healthcare.
Your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our high level of patient satisfaction. Acting as the first line to patients, you will be a great communicator assisting patients in every interaction. You will connect with patients including: greeting patients and managing the flow of the clinic, addressing patient inquiries, answering telephones and emails, managing of billing for patients including insurer billings, scheduling patients, recalling patients, and overall coordinating of patients experience. Additionally, you will work with various team members to fully support the clinic, looking for opportunities to increase efficiency and serving as an ambassador for our brand.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls
Creating new electronic patient files, pre-registering, and appointment confirmation calls
Maintaining electronic medical records
Scanning and electronic filing
Exemplary patient care
Keeping the clinic clean and sanitized

Requirements: Education, Training, and Experience
Medical Office Assistant Diploma or equivalent experience is an asset
Jane knowledge and having experience with PT’s, RMT’s and Naturopath’s is an asset
Plexia knowledge, Medical billing and experience in a family physician office is an asset
Knowledge of the private and public healthcare system is an asset

MEDICAL RADIATION TECHNOLOGIST- CT TECH
Elysian Imaging and Diagnostics is looking for a casual CT Tech for vacation relief.
The CT Radiation Technologist works independently to perform CT exams in accordance with departmental policy and procedures, observing safe radiation protection practices. This private imaging facility strives to provide patients with a compassionate, professional experience. We work collaboratively with other modality techs and clerical staff to maintain effective patient and clinic workflow.
Responsibilities:
Performs examinations in CT in accordance with site protocols, policy and procedures, while maintaining a high level of patient care including Cardiac CTA exams.
Ability to work alone and make decisions on scan based on patient pathology.
Monitors patient during and after exam for possible contrast media reactions or other situations, in accordance with policies and procedures.
May be required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the event of an emergency.
Utilizing RIS and PACS systems to verify patient and image information.
Facilitates the workflow such as checking information on requisitions, checking for prior images.
Perform venipuncture for all contrast CT patients.
Participates in daily Quality Improvement program to ensure scanner in ideal operating condition. Notifies Supervisor of all quality control issues for determination of appropriate action.
Maintains CT work area such as checking and cleaning equipment, stocking room and notifying supervisor of needed suplies
changing patients, and maintaining clean change room area.
Participates in maintaining patient and hospital records by entering data into the Radiology and Hospital Information System as required.
Maintains equipment by monitoring its operation and making arrangements for maintenance and repairs as required.
Uploading prior CD’s and burning CD’s for outside facilities.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements: Education, Training, and Experience
Current CAMRT certification.
Completion of an advanced specialty program in Computed Tomography and minimum (2) year recent related experience.
Completion of an Intravenous Therapy training course.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification - Basic Life Support (BCLS) level.
Requirements: Skills and Abilities
Cardiac CTA experience an asset with knowledge of Cardiac anatomy
Demonstrated knowledge of the standards of practice and guidelines for Medical Imaging practitioners established by the CAMRT
Experience working with Siemens CT scanner an asset.
Demonstrated knowledge of organization policies, procedures and standards of care, including practice of safe work procedures with modality equipment.
Demonstrated knowledge of current CT theory and practices.
Demonstrated knowledge and practice of safe work procedures with radiology equipment.
Demonstrated knowledge of PACS/Radiology Information Systems, i.e. digital imaging, image archiving and retrieval.
Demonstrated ability to communicate (orally and in writing) and deal effectively with clients and their families, coworkers, physicians, other health care staff, and staff of external agencies.
Demonstrated ability to deal with and/or guide others in resolution of conflict issues.

Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - General and Echo sonography
The Sonographer works independently to perform Ultrasound exams in accordance with departmental policy and procedures. This private imaging facility strives to provide patients with a compassionate, professional experience.
