Donovan Jones

Donovan is the Co-Founder and President of the Elysian Health Group dedicated to delivering personalized, preventative, technology enabled, integrated healthcare.
He has been building businesses and investing in growth companies for 20 years. Previously he was the CEO of a financial technology company which was sold to an international media company. Prior to that he was President and CEO of a collaboration software company that he led to the company’s listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. The company was subsequently sold to a US communications company. Prior to that he was in investment banking and with one of the largest communications companies in Canada with roles in product management, corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. He has been on the board of directors for the BC Tech association and was awarded a regional top 40 under 40 award for leadership and innovation. He studied English and Economics at the University of Alberta before completing an MBA at the University of Calgary.
For Donovan, living his best life longer means spending time with his wife and three boys traveling, training and playing the occasional round of golf.
Dr. John Diggle

BSc, MD, FRCPC, CSCN (EMG), CSCN (EEG), NeurologistDr. Diggle is the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of the Elysian Health Group, dedicated to creating a model for health that allows patients to receive personalized and integrated medical care.
He first studied genetics and cell biology at the University of British Columbia before completing his training in medicine and neurology at the University of Calgary. He went on to do subspecialty training in neuromuscular disease and epilepsy at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
A long-time Surrey resident, Dr. Diggle returned here with his family in 2007, where he’s since maintained an active practice in neurology and integrated health. A Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia, he’s passionate about discovering ways to improve upon the current medical system and make it simpler for his patients to get the holistic care they deserve.
For John, living his best life longer means always being able to play the guitar with his great-grandkids on a porch somewhere warm.

Rich spent most of his early life in White Rock and South Surrey and graduated from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at UBC in 2003. He spent a few years practicing in BC before moving to Calgary for 14 years, where he managed several pharmacies and was licensed as a prescribing pharmacist.
For the last several years, Rich has had a keen interest in patient education on lifestyle changes and self-care to promote wellness, with the ultimate goal of helping people to increase both lifespan and healthspan.
For Rich, living his best life longer means being able to lift weights and exercise with his son... and his grandkids too.

Adam is a kinesiologist and Manual osteopathic therapist with over 16 years experience.
Using a combination of manual therapies and exercise prescription Adam is able to maximize rehabilitation and recovery for all of his patients. As an athlete throughout his life, Adam understands the need for integration of therapy and the pursuit of optimal human performance.
Adam is also an instructor at the Manual osteopathic College of Canada, bringing up the next generation of Osteopathic Therapists and is enrolled at the University of British Columbia to work in his masters degree of rehabilitation.
In his free time Adam enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and will be engaged in sailing races (regattas) over the summer.

Dr. Matthew Ormerod

Dr. Ormerod completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia, specializing in exercise science. He later completed a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, earning clinical honours designation.
Dr. Ormerod has completed training in Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Technique and is a certified Complete Concussion Management Institute (CCMI) practitioner. He has a special interest in helping people prevent and recover from acute and chronic low back, neck, knee and shoulder injuries along with concussions and post concussion syndrome. Through manual therapy, rehabilitation exercise and patient education, Dr. Ormerod strives to empower his patients with autonomy over their own healthcare and recovery from injuries.
A former soccer player, Dr. Ormerod has had the pleasure of working with elite and recreational athletes, dancers and gymnasts. He was the official Chiropractor for the Vancouver Riptide Ultimate Frisbee team from 2013-2017.

Jennifer has been in practice since 2015 as a registered Massage Therapist. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of BC and member of the Registered Massage Therapists association of BC.
She has extensive training of the body’s anatomy and physiology and has doe continuing education to further her treatment and exercise techniques. She leverages her knowledge to to facilitate her patient’s physical wellness within a safe environment to achieve their optimal physical health goals. She feels it’s vial to listen and customize each and every treatment plan according to her patients needs.
In her spare time, you’ll find Jennifer cooking with her husband, hiking biking. She stays active with various movement practices such as yoga, Pilates, weightlifting and spinning on the Peloton.

Jess is a recent graduate in registered massage therapy with over 10 years of experience in public healthcare, serving diverse communities, including geriatric populations and those undergoing addiction treatments.
She discovered her passion for massage therapy after personally experiencing its transformative effects during her recovery from sports injuries and motor vehicle accidents.
Throughout her comprehensive 3000-hour RMT training, Jess not only deepened her understanding of the interrelationship between structure and function, but also broadened her perspectives on overall health and well-being. Having faced her own challenges with physical discomfort that significantly impacted her quality of life, Jess empathizes with the hurdles individuals face in prioritizing their well-being in a busy life.
Recognizing the importance of individualized care, Jess considers it a privilege to be part of her clients' journeys to a healthier life. Her treatment is focused on identifying the root cause of dysfunction for long-term benefits, and she is enthusiastic about formulating individualized treatments to alleviate pain, enhance comprehension of body mechanics, and achieve restoration.
Outside the clinic, Jess thrives on an active lifestyle, cherishing moments outdoors. Whether hiking with her dog, engaging in water skiing adventures, or practicing yoga, she finds balance and rejuvenation in nature. She is currently welcoming new patients.

She draws on her extensive training and experience to provide effective, personalized care to her patients.
